Welcome
to VisualCam Lite, a Progressive Web Application (PWA)-based visualizer app
designed for multi-platform use provided by Beijing VIISAN Technology Co., Ltd.
("we" or "us"). By using VisualCam Lite, you agree to the
terms of this User Agreement.
1.1 Agreement: This Terms of Service ("Agreement")
outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of VisualCam Lite. By
using the software, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
2.1
License: We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to
use VisualCam Lite for personal or business purposes, subject to the terms and
conditions of this Agreement.
2.2
Restrictions: You agree not to:
Modify,
adapt, or reverse engineer VisualCam Lite.
Use
the software for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Violate
any applicable laws or regulations while using VisualCam Lite.
3.1
Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using
VisualCam Lite.
4.1
Privacy Policy: Your use of VisualCam Lite is also governed by our Privacy
Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

5.1
Specialized Use: VisualCam Lite is specifically designed for use with VIISAN's
Document Camera (Visualizer) products.
5.2
Compatibility: The software is intended to work seamlessly with VIISAN's
designated hardware and may not be fully functional or compatible with other
devices.
6.1
Ownership: VisualCam Lite and its content are the property of Beijing VIISAN
Co., Ltd. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.
7.1
Disclaimer: VisualCam Lite is provided "as is" without any
warranties, expressed or implied. We disclaim any liability for damages arising
out of your use or inability to use the software.
8.1
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to
VisualCam Lite at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including a
breach of this Agreement.
9.1
Modification: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Agreement on our website or
through the software.
10.1 Applicable Law: This
Agreement is governed by the laws of the Beijing Municipal People's Court. Any
legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be
brought exclusively in the courts of the Beijing Municipal People's Court.
